1. Using your tooth as a tool

We tend to use our teeth as tool when we see “tear here” written on a pack, instead of using a scissor we make our tooth cutting device, in fact people use their teeth as a bottle opener which is more worse. Please remember teeth are not bottle openers, package rippers, string cutters or any of the number of other crazy tools they get used for. May be at that time it is more convenient to you than for searching a pair of scissors or opener, but trust us, it’s better than fractured or chipped tooth and then rushing to dentist.

2. Chew on hard object

Some people have a habit of holding objects — such as pens, pencils when concentrating on difficult task. But they might not realize how much pressure they’re placing on their teeth. People also bite on hard frozen ice, thinking how ice can harm their teeth. Though enamel is hardest substance in our body, but munching on hard, frozen cubes can chip or even crack your teeth.
Similarly never try to bite hard nuts or nutshells to avoid damage.

Binge eating can lead to a whole host of problems, including eating disorders, obesity, and poor dental health.
